Arbitrator Mediator Special Master Discovery Referee
Litigation is expensive and unpredictable. Because Los Angeles is so large, most attorneys do not know each other, making it harder to assess claims made by the other side. An experienced mediator can be extremely effective in assisting the parties to reach a fair and equitable resolution.
With over thirty years of experience, Mr. Alexander has handled over 5,000 mediation and arbitration hearings and is widely known and highly respected as an effective, knowledgeable, and efficient mediator and arbitrator. His vast experience coupled with a sense of humor set clients at ease and engenders confidence, allowing him to assist the parties in finding workable solutions and in bridging wide differences to arrive at realistic, fair and occasionally unique solutions.
